Planned Maintenance

Description On July 19th at 0300 Eastern (0700 UTC), we will begin the cable replacement maintenance affecting the Vint Hill server rack V118A08. This maintenance will require all power to the rack and associated hosts to be cut for the duration of the maintenance which carries a three hour replacement time. We will do our best to minimize the impact on your service availability.

[DigitalOcean] Global server creation issue
Resolved Since 4th November 2022, no further issues have been reported. The engineering team has placed a temporary fix at the moment but still closely monitoring the incident and still trying to apply a permanent fix.

If you have any problem creating a server, kindly create a support ticket from your Devrims Platform or contact our LiveChat support.

We are marking the incident as solved, but we will update our status page once again if further issues are reported.

Monitoring The team is still working on the cause of the issue of creating servers. The failure notifications are very low right now and continue working on applying a permanent fix.

Meanwhile, if there is any urgency and you should need a server, we suggest creating AWS server and select the closest region.

Issue At 14:56 UTC, our Infrastructure partner, Digital Ocean, identified the issue in creating servers. You may experience failure/crashed notifications during this period in creating servers.

Our technical team is coordinating with Digital Ocean and will keep you updated on the progress.
